As we know unique, effective and helpful posts are the pillars of a successful blog. A vehicle cannot start if the fuel tank is empty and you can't fill the fuel tank with water to start the engine, similarly a blog cannot keep growing with posts which absolutely make no sense, so for that you have to fuel your blog with high quality and interesting posts.

In other words if you compare your blog with a vehicle engine, then the posts which absolutely doesn't make sense are like water and the high quality posts are like fuel. 

There are many bloggers out there, but how many of them are actually creating helpful and high quality posts for the million of internet audience? The answer is 100 out 1000 bloggers. Creating a high quality post was never easy, not everyone is capable of writing an excellent post. 

You have to take care of several important points while producing an useful content for your blog/business. When, I was new to blogging, I struggled a lot for creating effective and useful posts. Then I observed many successful posts in different blogs and compared with my style of writing of posts. I found many drawbacks in my writings of posts.

Then I analyze the drawbacks, to find why they occurred.  Then I came out with a surprising result, most of problem was occurred while composing the posts. Everyone only keeps their concerns on the grammatical errors and the subject while writing a post. Of course they are the important aspects but there are more than that on which you have to put your vision and concern. 

Your can form a high quality post for your blog by taking care of the five reasons described below that are ruining your posts at the time of composing:

Lack Of Knowledge

Having less knowledge or partial knowledge about a topic you are writing is not a wise idea. By doing this you can only come out with a worst post.  

People are looking for complete solution to their problems in a post. If you are having partial knowledge about the topic you are writing, then a post is like a puzzle with missing pieces. If your post is not explaining a topic completely, then readers will lose interest in reading from your blog. 

Don't write about a topic unless you have complete idea about that. First learn about the topic you want to write, do some research about the topic, understand the topic very well and take notes about that topic. By doing this you can acquire a complete idea about the specific topic and then come to composition part of the post.

Too Much Of Thinking 

Excess of everything bad, excess of thinking while writing also kills the quality of your post. Don't dive too deep inside of the ocean of thinking, because if you dive too deep, your best opinions about your post may die with suffocation. 

Providing your own opinion to a post is the best way of improvising it. In a post always be honest with your opinion. Never take too much stress while thinking, it will create disturbance inside your mind which will drag out the important opinions about that post out of your mind sight.  

Once you lose the strong opinions and points out of your mind, you will lose the strong ingredients to cook your best post. 

Well, here what you can do to avoid this over thinking situation, don't take too much stress while thinking. Composing a useful post takes many efforts and time, you don't have to finish the post in hurry. Creating a valuable post requires brain storming, you can feel tired mentally so take a break and listen to music of your favorite artist, watch a TV show or simply take a nap. 

But before taking rest, just note out the thoughts inside your mind and save that in your PC, so that you can refer that points when you start writing again. After taking rest you will feel fresh and active and write the post more effectively.

Poor Explanation

Expressing is more important then impressing. The best you express things the better will people will get it. If your post is not in a structured way then readers will find it hard to understand and they will leave it with out reading. 

You have take the special care of the way you explain the post while writing. The first thing is you have to have good command over English and good grammatical skills to produce a high quality post. 

But this is not enough you have to take special care of the way you arrange your posts. The right way of arrangement of post is very important for explaining, this means you have to follow a correct structure of post while explaining it. 

Suppose, you are writing a post on a specific topic, then you have to follow a particular arrangement like, you have to start with introduction, then its properties, how it works, pro and cons and a well described conclusion.

Fail to Use Proper Images/Graphics

Images are the strong ingredient in cooking an effective post. Image speak thousand words, using proper images related to your post will make easy understanding. A post without images looks boring to some readers.   

So, use relevant images to make your post more interesting, instead of making it dull or boring with out images. Because readers like to read a post with images more than a post with out images.  

Collect or create proper images that can be associated in your post for enhance the understanding and richness of your post. Suppose you are describing working of something in a post point by point, then use different images for different points, those will explain or show what you are trying to tell in that points.

Deviation From Main Topic

If you are writing a post about a specific topic, then stay within the area of that topic. Because deviation from the topic will increase the length of post with unnecessary contents which will bring the quality of your post down. 

Deviation from the main topic of the post occur due to various reasons. Like, the environment around you where you are composing a post; for example if you are in a noisy environment then it is hard to concentrate while writing a post, including undesirable things to your post showing the writing skill which is completely a bad idea, desperate attempt to making your post better by using unnecessary phrases and opinions.

It is absolutely remarkable that you want to show your writing skills and want to make your post better but the undesirable attempts are not acceptable.
