Pinterest has recently started to roll out website verification for profiles. The feature will let you highlight your website or blog's full URL on your Pinterest profile. Pinners will also see a check-mark next to your URL.

How to Verify Your Website or Blog On Pinterest
1. Go To Pinterest >> Settings Page >> Website Field
Note: Make sure you have already listed your blog or website address in the given field before clicking the 'Verify Website' button.
2. Just Click Verify Website Button.
3. You Will Be Directed To The Next Page, Now You'll See These Instructions. Hit Verify With A Meta Tag Option.
4. You'll See a HTML Meta Tag Code For Verification. Copy/Paste That Meta Tag Just After The <head> Tag In Your Blog Template or Website's Home Page.
5. Finish The Steps By Clicking The 'Click Here' text you see on the verification screen. You'll see a success message once the process has completed. Now, instead of your profile looking like below:
6. If you don't want the HTML meta tag in your website then you can safely remove the HTML meta tag from your blog or website after verification process.
