Go to dlvr.it and create an account then add a new route with Google+ as the destination and your RSS feed as the source. The tool will then watch your RSS feed for updates every 15 minutes and any new blog posts will automatically be posted to your Google+ Page. But you can post your content to Google+ Pages with a Pro or Ultimate Plan only.

You may publish multiple RSS feeds to your Google Plus Pages, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Tumblr, Statusnut, Delicious, App net etc. Similarly, you may use scheduling feature to control the days and times your feed items post.
