India and Pakistan Men’s Final - 3rd Kabaddi World Cup 2012

India and Pakistan Men’s kabaddi teams entered into the final after defeating Iran by 72-23 and Canada by 53-27 respectively in the semi-final of the 3rd World Cup 2012 held at Bathinda (Multipurpose Sports Stadium) on 12th December, 2012. Pakistan and India played 4 match and won all the matches.

Now, they battle will start on 15th December, 2012 at Guru Nanak Stadium, Ludhiana (6;30 PM Onwards). For entertainment purpose Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif, Punjabi Singer/Actor Diljit Dosanjh and Bollywood Singer Sukhwinder Singh are coming. Watch live only on PTC News Channel.

Men’s Semi-Final Matches:

India Defeated Iran: Hosts Team India defeated Iran by 72-23 in semi-final match played at Bathinda (Multipurpose Sports Stadium) on 12th December, 2012.

At the end of 1st half India was leading by 44-8. Indian raiders Sukhdev Singh, Sukhbir Sarwan and Manminder Sran scored 11, 7 and 6 points respectively and stoppers gained Eakan Hatur (5), Gurjit Goggu (4), Narinder Ram Bittu Duggal (4), Balbir Pala (4) and Gurpreet Gopi Manaki (3) also contributed to the winning cause.

Pakistan Defeated Canada: 

In the other semifinal match, Pakistan defeated Canada kabaddi team and won the match by 53-27. Pakistan, who previously lost the match to Canada in the semis of 2nd World Kabaddi Cup 2011. Pakistan played very well and entered into finals of 3rd Kabaddi World Cup 2012. Pakistan team was leading by 29-13, by the end of the 1st half. 

Pakistan Raiders Scored: 

Obeidulla Lala (11), Akmal Doger (9), Mohammad Irfan (7) and Waqas Butt (5) Points respectively.

Pakistan Stoppers Scored:

Sujad Gujar earned 7 points, Musharf Janjua 6 and Mansa Gujar 2 points respectively.

Canada raiders Kulwinder Kinda Beharipuria and Onkar Singh gained 12 points each and its stopper Hardeep Tau scored 2 points.
